Hasina has an impressive professional portfolio, having worked across a variety of private industries. She has held design engineering, operations management, website creation, and scientific writing positions. She has vast experience providing supervision for team collaboration, managing multiple, simultaneous projects, leading design teams to build prototypes, preparing grant proposals and budget justifications, and preparing graphics and scientific diagrams for publications.

With a true passion for research and innovation, she is excited to bring her experiences and skills to serve the amazing CeDAR team. She looks forward to forging meaningful relationships with dedicated faculty, researchers, students, and community partners leading to unlock the transformative power of data science and AI.

Hasina received her B.Sc. degree in Environmental Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Turkey, and her M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach.
