The expected payoffs of data science and artificial intelligence research for society at large are many – from significant progress on some of society’s most compelling problems to new tools to deal with today’s massive, heterogeneous data sets. In order to achieve these payoffs transdisciplinary activity is critical for research and education at the data science frontier.
The Center for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Research (CeDAR) is transdisciplinary at its core, bringing together world-renowned experts to work toward solutions in many impactful research areas.
